Affordable Apartments in East Austin
The Arnold is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 60 percent of median household income. To qualify for our affordable East Austin apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 60% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Median Family Income 60%:
• 1-person home may earn no more than $52,920 annually
• 2-person home may earn no more than $60,480 annually
• 3-person home may earn no more than $68,040 annually
Income Verification:
To begin the application for The Arnold, we ask that you present the following documents:
• Paystubs for the most recent two-month period
• Bank statements for most recent 6 months
• Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
• Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
